When your workload can’t accommodate anything else, I’ll take the time and stress out of planning your corporate event right from the start, ensuring a flawless result. This package takes care of all the back-office admin and full production of the event, including:
- Pre-event management – Admin management of all aspects of the event: invitation/RSVP management, guest liaison, event marketing and PR, venue search and selection, organisation and attendance at site visits with you, supplier and speaker sourcing, food and beverage management, budget management, logistics management, accommodation management, detailed timeline, entertainment, gifts, décor, and any other details for your event
- Onsite management – Load in and set up, management of venue, suppliers and delegates on event day
- Post-event management – Load out and clear up, budget consolidation, post-event analysis and admin
Investment: 15 – 20% of total event budget spend, minimum fee applies
