I know you don’t want to spend the morning of your wedding halfway up a ladder hanging lanterns or dealing with questions from the caterer when you’re meant to be celebrating. This is one day you don’t want to be distracted, so let me worry about the details by handing over the smooth running of the day to me. I’ll make sure everything is where it should be, field every query, guide your guests, and leave you to enjoy every moment. We’ll meet 4 weeks before the day at your venue so you can bring me up to speed and go through your wedding in detail, so that when the day arrives I’ll be discreetly in the background, keeping things on track.
We’ll start with an initial consultation where you tell me all your wedding plans, and after you’ve booked me, I’ll contact your suppliers and venue/s to make sure they know your brief and put together a detailed timeline, schedule and floor plans for your wedding day. During the lead up to the day we’ll be in contact via email, telephone or Zoom and you can update me if and when the details of your wedding change. On the day, I’ll be there with an assistant to manage the logistics, oversee the venue and décor set up and make sure everything stays on track. We’ll be with you for the day to make sure everything is running smoothly, handling any issues that arise and supporting you and your wedding party so you have everything you need. You’ll also have access to my trusty emergency kit to fix any mishaps.
There’s the option to add on an inspiration session, additional hours on the day or consultancy if you wish. Following the consultation, I’ll provide you with a bespoke proposal that will include pricing.
